How big should the tent be for your event ?
The size of the tent partly depends on the event for which it will be used, that is:
- private event / wedding, anniversary /
- company or VIP event
- presentation event or exhibition
Private and company events need more space as there is usually a space reserved for seating, music or some other program and a space for dancing in the tent .
If you wish for a different type of seating (rattan furniture, round tables, conference furniture, flooring, carpet), we are able to arrange it.
Because the decorations and the catering equipment are a part of the tent, we deal with each offer individually according to the demands of the client.
When calculating the price we look at the space for one person / 1 m2.
We calculate the price for renting a tent with its equipment on the basis of your requirements. The offer includes the following:
- Choice of the appropriate type of tent
- The size of the dance floor and the flooring
- Appropriate choice of seating according to the type of the event (conference furniture, rattan furniture, beer kits, stand by tables, round tables)
- Catering equipment – buffet, banquet tables, beverage stand and others according to your choice
- Decoration of the tent
- Transport costs
